I have VISA question fro anyone who has experience or knows. I am a H1 student visa holder and I have to leave the country for an ermergency situation . My visa expires on JULY 30 07 and I am 2 classes away from graduation. I can take the summer classes which start on june31 but do I have to extend my visa? or can I return without it and will I get OPT? In any case does anyone know if you can get visa extensions from UK?? Would appreciate your advise
