i don't agree . Dr Devkota don't respect his patients as i am concerned. I know he use to be famous neurosurgeon but not now. So why he should be in list. Beside , health professional should not listen any other people beside his knowledge but he didn't do that and went with ... I know most of Bir hospital junior, senior doctors and many other staffs know better how is he and what he did in 2001 ... Anyway he is not that what ppl here are thinking..
