in the past record,.... Nepali democracy failed 4 times because of false democracy systems and implementation. Corrupted and Criminals became political leaders and government high authority. There were No balancing act and Equality for all race Nepalese people. So all previous corrupted and criminal politician must hand off from politics and leadership and government employment or they must get death penalties. Somehow they must remove from Politics and Government employments. There is the best solution and No other alternative for solution either.
