It works. * 1 kilo Flour * 2 Eggs * 3 Cups Warm water * 2 Spoon normal beer ( It make the dough soft when it is cooked) * Salt to taste... Sticky MOMO is always problem. Very good solution ==> Dip each momo 4-5mm deep in oil just before you put them in MOMOTHAL. I guarantee each MOMO will jump out of Sauna bath after they are ready. You do not have to be embarrassed of naked MOMOS anymore. ..
