In fact,problem is not a gender.We have do not have storng leaderhip who can lead nation.It does not matter whether man leads or woman if he/she is capable to lead n.Unfortunately we do not have such a leader at present. Any leader's view reflect present scanrio only nothing sighted for future.We do not have leaders who can come up with long term vision.
