Actually most of the newars outside of Kathmandu do not even understand newari. The new generation newari kids do not even want to speak newari at home. Pretty soon it will be another language like Sanskrit. Newars used be good at trade and business but with globalisation people of other caste with their MBAs are running the show. Go back to school and learn new trades. Historically there were 90% newars in Kathmandu and now as a % of population it is not even 50%.
