it's no research, just my experience... i have to admit that the claim could be erroneous..but south asians are, by nature, more hypocrites than people from other parts of the world. reason being, people from third world and developing countries tend to be more insecure - financially, physically and mentally. so when someone from these countries gets a chance to consolidate, they DO tend to consolidate by hooks or by crooks, big time!!!..jealousy, unhealthy competitions then become parts of the process. and when law and order don't rule, people tend to take things for granted and to their utmost advantage. they won't struggle to sustain, they would rather look for the right opportunity to find a short cut for success and cash on those. that is the problem of ours- nepalese'.
