Riten, No, I don't know Crystal Report. I have a common knowledge of Informatica, but I'm very much interested in Cognos part. The reason for me to go to Reportnet (Cognos 8) is- it's all web-based and pretty easy to learn. Thanks for asking though. Million.. Bro, The reason I made that comment was- I have seen people working like a dog for less than what they are worth. I mean, some companies just like to keep giving you s*it and you'd start to have high BP ;) I'm not a "kaamchor" but that's the last thing I want. I would also like to enjoy life, if you know what I mean :) Oldmaven, There are lots of thing you can do in DW, but it all depends on what position you would like to have. For instance; DW admin, developer, architrect and so forth. As an admin and arhitrect, you will have to know the DW life-cycle inside out. However, as a developer you must to know the flow, but you don't need to go into the depth (less stressful) of it. I hope this helps. I hope I'm making sense here :)
