Who should punish them, the public who could barely do anything or the corrupt politician themselves? No one can stop this because the corruption is so rooted in our society it will take lot more then just few people wanting it to end. Also which people would punish them, the same youths who sell their property, among other things to leave the country as a cheap source of labor, and also pay the money to the corruption official so they can get out of the country. I think not.
