Chandi Raj Dhakal alone has a loan of Rs 450 million in Bangladesh Bank...if you add his unpaid loans to all the banks in Nepal,those money will be sufficient for couple of district's year budget.. If you add unpaid loan of all top class businessmen in Nepal,you come up with 6 month's budget of whole Country Isn't it time to punish those crooks businessmen?
