my friend goes to undergrad school in US. He is straight A student. He has two more semesters to graduate. He got married this winter and he wants to bring his wife to US on F2 visa. He thought he had all the necessary papers that his wife would need. But they denied his visa. Anybody has any suggestions on what needs to be done?
