If I were the other judge, I would not be that harsh on sachindra. The result benefits nobody. Things that happened with that girl was an accident and she is not gettin anything by ruining a future of a good student. I feel sorry for the spoiled kids of these white people- they don't have a future, and they don't let others build one. I am so frustated that the law of United States is so unfair. Even the judge told that it was unfair to sachindra, but that's how those whites made the constitution and law. It will keep them always in a superior position, and suck us immigrants.
