Being Newar I hear many people call jyapu to newars, I may get angry but I don't get that offended that I make that issue to get separated or take lives. Let me explain words like marsya or madhise. marsyaa -- this word is mostly used by newari community, its only newari version of madhesi ...... doesnot mean anything besides people from madesh .... madhise -- it also means people from madhesh, doesnot mean anything besides that . madhesi people also call pahade , pahadiya, nepali ....... we don't get offended. If you perceive one as a friend, you will find friend. If you perceive as enemy you will find enemy. If you have inferiority complex in your head, you will find yourself opressed. we call bahuns to all khas, they don't get offended. Bhotes to all mongols, they don't get offended, I don't see any reason to get offended in word madhise, doesnot mean anything else besides madhesi. If you understand together we can prosper, or else together we get destroyed.
