As you all know who have watched Nepali politics unravel after the 2046 revolution.Dont you find odd to watch Girija being so much in favor of maoists,or communists for that matter? what might be the mysterious untangling that might ensue? I am putting my two cents here in regard to this unholy alliance. Girija is still pro monarchy and that's 100% true.This guy has always been the hanuman of palace and will be so. there is a reason behind him having maoists in his folds for the time being and I sense a grand design in it which used to be his public speech all the time. Girija wants to cuddle up with maoists to the extent that he is confident that he can convince maoists to accept some form of monarchy.Maoists also dont want to say a single word against girija,as their activities are showing right now.Maoists dream is to prove themselves as the largest communist party.Girija's is to undercut the strength UML still possesses. Girija and prachanda have a single most important mission of their life at hand that they want to reduce UML to the dust and usher themselves as the biggest players of Nepali politics.This has already started to materialise in some sectors.Maoists are also giving in to the philosophy of adaptation that they need international recognition and girija is the right avenue for their mission.Having had the deputy premiership for themselves they have already sold their republicanism in praise of India and Indian politicians and open statements like India has helped nepal's last movement indicate towards their in reshaping themselves as nothing different from other political parties of Nepal.It's just the rhetoric that's different but the essense and theme of it are the same and say only one truth about our geopolical situation: Land locked country like Nepal need help from a southern big brother,and due praises are worth it. Panchayat did it,UML ,congress all did ,maoists want to first of all ensure the Indians that they also appreciate the Indian's help in restoring democracy. Democracy was restored by people not by Indian help,this is the truth but the game of appeasing the southern block has already started. The same statement when KP bhattarai made 12 years ago,it was Baburam who wrote 2 pages long banter slandering nepali congress and the pro south block KP bhattarai.If history was any testament to the maoists supremo duo,any historical dialectical materialistic outlook for that matter would certainly have served them in this moment of their identity crisis. The big winner in this is noone but India which always has been and losers are Nepali people again and there will be another revolution in 10 to 15 years again in Nepal. 1. Male, mashale,mandale eutai hoon.Yo jeet jantako matrai hoina darbarko pani ho ani pancha haruko pani.This was Girija then and Now maoists support him as the most admirable person to lead the coalition govt. 3.If you remember well when he was prime minister he jailed two journalists for printing materials that he deemed were against the monarchy.writing about shruti posing for picture with salman khan was deemed as serious crime by the Prime Minister of Nepal,and now you expect him he would support republican Nepal? 3. Girija has been the most dividing force in Nepali politics since his political prominence after 2046 movement.Examples: Ganeshman Vs. Girija war,chhattise vs 74,betrayal of his own party president in the byelection held for the seat vacated after madan bhandari's death...., 4. such an adamant figure of anti communism that he repeatedly said Maoism and communism were the things to be saved for the museum. He never shook hands with other communist leders besides manamohan adhikari who was his relative. But he would kneel down to greet Bimal Prasad Yadav,indian ambassador who is just a petty oficer by rank.He never cared about any international protocals or codes of conduct. 5.The same girija who never wanted to look back as he proclaimed himself the elephant of nepali politics and said he isnt used to looking backwards for that matter.He used to say the black flags are for scaring buffalos only he didnt care about them,wherever he goes communist are exterminated,communist dont let the development works happen. It was the speech by Prime minister who is supposed to rise above partisan politics to bring the country together,but he was the most dastardly figure in dividing the Nepalese populace for his vested family benefits. Dhmija kanda,Lauda kanda,tanakpur kanda,madhyawadi kanda,behosh bhayera ladeko kanda( when no confidence motion was in place). 6.Remember the humiliation he caused to daman dhunganaa for that kursi kanda? Girija will never let the king go,it was in girija's regime when gyanendra became king. 7. After 2056 elections till 2059 it was Girija's idea to let the maoists continue terrorism in Nepal because it was mostly centered in the western Nepal only where UML had swept the local elections and proved stronger than Congress party.Maoists were the tools for Girija back then to cut off UML's power and they are playing in his hands again for the same objectives.
