Mike dai,Chitwan ko tyo parsa bhanne thauma eti daani manchhe rahechhan ki eutaile 17 lakhs donation garechha(we in America just talk),that place has very good school and people from those area do not need our help,they are building school and campuses themselves...we need to focus backward area not parsa,kathmandu,Biratnagar,Pokhara..there are other places where we can do something... In another note,I don't think that we are talking here to prepare budget of Nepal...small contribution will be added plus in process of restructuring Nepal...
