Activism matters. Exaggeration helps. Bargaining is life. However, there is no match for integrity- for it's righteousness as well as for it's rarity. And integrity is what Gautam's poetry seems careful not to compromise. When the audience is euphoric, it's so easy and also tempting to say the sweetest thing they want to hear. Any poet would have easily read out the sweetest words written in the letter he has yet to open. It is only Gautam's integrity that does not let the audience confuse the mailing address with the letter.
