I am not student of political science, so please bear with my comments and correct me if I made mistakes. China is the only one neighbor who has nothing to do with political development in Nepal. Whether it was Magh 19 or Jestha 19. They have nothing to do with democracy. Instead they are afraid of that, it may spark the TIAN MAN Square Incident. Hence, you can easily guess what is their intension to hinder the Scecurity Council Resolution. If China does Veto to the proposal, it will affect the whole UN EFFORTS to help Nepal's Peace Process. We Nepali always point out our Southern neighbor whenever something happens in Nepal now We have to think the ill intension of our Northen Mitra too.
