I am working under my OPT right now. My company is going to apply for my H1B in April. I have completed my masters from USA. I have the transcripts and character certificate of my bachelors from Nepal, but i dont have diploma ( provisional certificate) that the Jamal/Balkhu provides. Have any of you applied H1B without that document? If I need that certificate, I dont think I can do it from here. And I dont want to go to Nepal in my OPT. I dont know whether I need to worry about getting it. Do you have any suggestion? Thanks in advance Prerit
