If you want to find diamonds, you have to dig deeper with patience, there might be unwanted rocks and mud around but you have no choice other than to ignore them. And remember, what one considers a diamond might be a mere stone for another person, and vice versa, especially in Sajha. So, why feel offended by others' diamonds though you see them just as lumps of black carbon?! ;)
