Hey guys, I just graduated this December, the thing is I had applied for a job and got one.... but I just came to know that the business that's sponsoring their staff has to meet certain requirements, and has to have been running for certain years. Here comes my problem and it’s a BIG one, the business I am trying to work for just got established in 2006, is there any way my boss can sponsor me for H1 or for the Green Card? If any of you guys have gone through this, please help!!!! Thanks, Dark.
