I do not beileve that Democracy failed in Nepal.Democracy never fails...Intra-corrupt system in Nepal with corrupt attitude compelled people to feel that democracy got failed... If democracy were failed in Nepal,we wouldn't have talked about lots of inside story of Palace...Dhamija kanda,China airlines kanda,..Joshi and Khadka kanda and so many others.. Before 1990,there did exist corruption,lots of kanda but never came out... We have been expressng our freedom of speech..we have been doing what we want to do... "Problem is not a Democracy,problem is people's attitude and resitance to change.Literacy level always plays a vital role in any system where we are so behind" Be positive
