If you are thief(Resume Fakers) and so is Veritis( promotes fake resume) why is it that the consultant needs to sacrifice his pay for Veritis when he can get more somewhere else. Are you saying that if the consultant goes for 80/20 wont build his skills. Look at your reasoning, a third world currupt reasoning i would say. So in ur opinion someone who is making 6/per hr should be used for 60/hr job and should be paid 20/hr. Let me give you one metaphore here. Lets say that you were one abused housewife in Nepal and your husband used to kick you 10 "latti" a day. Then you found another husband who only kicked you 5 laatti a day. Does that mean ur better off than what u had before. The point is Veritis pays least and there are other companies who pay more. Consultants go for the one who pays the most regardless of their skill set. Got it?
