Use bank transfers. Safe and easiest way to transfer the money. Ask the folks who are going to receive the money to open a bank account and ask them to send you the swift code (or routing code for the bank) for the bank and the account number. Transfer usually arrives in 1-3 days depending upon from where you originated the transfer and where you are sending it. In many banks you can also initiate it online. There is a charge of around 25-30 dollars at the originating bank. What would help is if the people who are going to receive the money open an account in a bank branch which is a correspondent bank to the bank from which you are sending the money.
