Marwari community wants their representation in interim parliament Marwari community has also demanded their share in the forthcoming interim parliament, which is to be formed after the promulgation of interim constitution. Speaking at the national convention of Nepal National Marwari Council, its acting chairman Atma Ram Murarka said that the community, too, has decided to enter into politics and demanded at least two seats for the community in the interim legislature. Deputy Prime Minister Amik Sherchan, addressing the concluding session of the council, assured the representation of Marwari community in the interim parliament. Marwari community is a leading business community of the country.
