As far as I know these people represent some NGOs. like Devendra Raj Pandey, Arjun Karki(RRN). They are more than a dictator in their NGOs. They are getting millions of rupees from foreign aid and nobody knows where they are using it. They are talking in favour of transparency but they themselves deny to be transparent. In my opinion these people are the notorious corrupt which people are still unknown to. They are hiding everything by diverting things towards politicians only. These traitors have no morality and no right to represent Civil Society.Lets deny them.
