about opening .BIN files

You need .cue files too as it contains the information about .bin files. If you have both of them then you can use any cd burning software like Nero to burn it on a cd. Usually Magic ISo works pretty well with .bin files. It might be that it is corrupt file or it is requiring .cue file. If you don't have cue file then create one by using free software called Cueator. You can dowanload that from http://www.site.uottawa.ca/~glabr047/cueator.html
