Hi_nanu, that thread was meant to disseminate information. the surprise factor was mentioned because just last year ktm was no where in the picture of the best city ranking and all of a sudden it made quite a remarkable mark this year, which is understandable to some extent as we have overcome the maoists problem to a great extent. i don't think anyone who contributed in that thread was being pessimistic or in a state of denial. chill out! we, nepali, have already gone through the lowest point, so from here on, we can ONLY rise higher and higher! :-).
