The answer is very simple (to me) at least. Please hire a good lawyer. Just check out the yellow page and dial a few lawyers's numbers. See who you think knows the best (talking to him/her for a few minutes) and ask if it is a winnable case. Go from there. It i good to come here ask suggestion, but the best thing is to hire an immigration lawyer. Unless of course somebody here in the board is an available immigration laywer. Don't waste time - ACT!
