Chief District Officer Jaya Mukunda Khanal urged the Maoists to unlock the offices in line with the promise made by Maoist chairman Prachanda to PM Girija Prasad Koirala during their phone conversation Friday. Chief District Officer Khanal urged the political parties to help unlock those offices. Meanwhile, Maoists and officials from Biratnagar sub-metropolis Sunday afternoon unlocked the main gate of the office after holding talks.
