In Government Employment: 90% Bahuns and Chettris, 8% Newars and 2% other Nepali races. It show there deep racial discrimination and suppressed to other Nepali races. There is Absolute NO equality and democratic oppertunity. In Political participation and Parliament Representation: 97% Bahuns and Chettris and hardly only 3% other Nepali races. This is Absolute un-democratic systems, Absolute suppressed by racial profiles, Collaspe of Democracy, Encoraging Crimes and corruption, distruction of Human Rights, Civil Rights and Unity.
