Use the hiking route from Nayapul; Ghandruk is only a day away if you walk faster. Annapurna Base Camp is only 3 days away if you can walk fast enough, however take your time about 5 to 6 days you will get there and you won't miss picturesque views. Machhapuchhere Base Camp is on the way. After MBC it is awesome landscape. So don't forget to take decent camera. it is very difficult to walk coz of Steep hills. Straight down to the gorge and straight up to the top of the hill. We rushed and couldn't see all the areas but you take your time when you hike. It is not expensive. Love to go there again.
