cleopatra, is absolutely right. Everybody gone through the success and unsuccess in their life but it does not not mean that we stop breathing. Well, I have the same problem all the time but YOGA and deep breath help me a lot. So try to concentrate or meditate. Otherwise music also helped me a lot or walk for a while also help. Try to stop thinking negative and what I do when the negative comes to me I try to make busy with oher things..... there are different therapies in the market to overcome the depression but the medicine of depression is our MIND and BODY communication so try to think positive all the time......................one says that our mind is a garden if we cultivate positive thinking it will produce postive and vice versa. SMILE
