Hi guys, I've some questions & i hope to get a speedy reply from you all. like, my friend has a Proficiency certificate in Science and BA in Humanities & Social Science from Ktm.Now she wants to continue her study in US,does she has to start from a juniour college or she can directly apply in a state college? What about this transcript evaluation stuff? is it gonna cost a lot? Actually, she wants to do bachelor in Graphic design.hoping to get some sensible advice from you guys.
