Its hard to get tourist visa from Singapore.Lot of Nepalese go ther to apply for US visa because Nepalese do not need visa to singapore. If you are US citizen then you may sponser her and she may get visa other wise its hard. Ask her to move to Australia and then she can apply from there.Its very easy to get US visa from Australia.
