Hey Sajhaiti!!! I need some information about H1 B filing. Can anyone file H1 B in the master seat( for 2008) if he/she has completed(defended) his/her thesis in january(2007). He/She will get the certificate at May/June but the graduate school is ready to write he/She has completed his degree. Thanks in Advance.
