Agree with Devilkotail otherwise, If democracy is really failing in Nepal, it is so, because of selfishness. Nobody cares about others, nobody cares about future of others and Nepal. Those people who has the powers, are on wheels and have steerings to control. Unfortunately, almost all of those are lost in thier own worlds or groups of similer world. I rather blame on individuals than certain caste of people although majority of them being Bahuns and Chhtris.
