There is no such requirement for web cam.. If you have webcam just hookup with USB port with proper webcam driver.Power is from Computer not from electric outlet.So, you are safe, you do not need any such requirement but if you buy big WEB CAM which require POWER from Electric Outlet then you need to look for Power Adapter which will take input from 110~220.Most of Adaptor has it now a days. I guess you won't need those things.Just Buy and hookup to your computer
