Your analogy about tha box of money is USELESS because there are NO LAWS SAYING YOU CANNOT PICK UP THAT BOX OF MONEY IF NO ONE COMES TO CLAIM IT. WHEREAS THERE IS A LAW THAT YOU CANNOT SOLICIT SEX WITH MINORS. I am not talking about just you thinking about slapping me. YOU CAN THINK WHAT YOU WANT, BUT IF YOU ACT UPON IT I WILL TAKE YOUR ASS TO COURT FOR ASSAULT AND BATTERY. Same with this guy, he was not just thinking about it...when he sent those pictures... he was acting upon it. And that is proof(that goes for the conversationtoo). That goes for the rest of the argument too. You can say or think what you want when you are drunk ... but if you act upon it YOU ASS WILL BE IN JAIL. In fear of being too late, do you want to be convicted of murder by the potential of it? Do you want to be given the chair for saying you want to cut someone's head off in your drunken frenzy? As I said, this is a very emotional case. Its very hard to win over people's emotions when kids are concerned. Regarding my kid, I cant make people think in a certain way. Also, I cant have people arrested for the possibility of things happenning. If one can prevent in the course of things happening then its divine; if someone drafts out a situation so that a weak at heart falls into it, thats wrong, thus is called trickery.
