I think it is the parents duty to monitor and see what the kids are doing on the computer. If you let a child have a TV and a computer in his/her own room, you better be prepared for such incidents.. As a parent and an adult you can always make rules in the house. Catching just a couple of child predetors in this huge country is not going to make much difference, it has to start right at home.. I feel sorry for the little child who had to see his dad getting arrested by the police.. it must have been so frightening. God Bless Him !
