Soliciting is a vague term. It is so especially when there are actors posing as potential underage kids. Think about my analogy of a box full of money in the parking lot. Why cant I use that to weed out "thieves" in a community. Apply these tactics in various fronts and we will be living with Buddhas pretty soon. (sarcasm) And there's no way your ass can be put in me in jail for THINKING of kicking your ass or your kids'. Thats called the first amendment. At most you can file a civil case. Even if I lose at the state level I will reappeal in the federal court. You case will be thrown out of the window. It will be a different story if I actually do it. In fear of being too late, do you want to be convicted of murder by the potential of it? Do you want to be given the chair for saying you want to cut someone's head off in your drunken frenzy? As I said, this is a very emotional case. Its very hard to win over people's emotions when kids are concerned. Regarding my kid, I cant make people think in a certain way. Also, I cant have people arrested for the possibility of things happenning. If one can prevent in the course of things happening then its divine; if someone drafts out a situation so that a weak at heart falls into it, thats wrong, thus is called trickery.
