CRIME HAS ALREADY OCCURED WHEN HE HAD SEXUAL CONNOTATIVE CONVERSATION WITH THIS SUPPOSED GIRL. NOW IF HE ACTUALLY COMMITS A SEXUAL ACT WITH HER THEN THE COPS AE TOO LATE AREN"T THEY ? ITS THEIR JOB TO PREVENT CREEPS LIKE THIS FROM VICTIMISING MINORS. THAT IS WHY COPS GO UNDERCOVER.... SO THEY CAN CATCH CRIMINALS.
