.It has not been made public on this year how they are going to cope with the gap betn OPT and H1 for International Student. I would suggest you to file H1B premium processing, once this is done, you will get your H1B in 15 days, it gives you protection and once your OPT expires, stop going to work, Once the H1B started from OCTOBER, then go for it. I am sure the relief would be there soon. I am not sure about when Kaplan starts. Good Luck.
