There are private trackers but in most of them you will need an invite (for example oink is considered to be the best music tracker in the net). For Asian movies take a look at fantasticsuperclub or ADC (asiandvdclub.org) - but note that these are mostly geared toward CJK (chinese/japanese/korean) stuffs.
