I get few from family members, but I can talk them out of it easily if it is really expensive gift. I would simply say that I don't have that sort of money, may be in the future. I am the lucky one in the sense that my friends understand and they will not ask expensive items. Some time I have said that stuff here are made in China and its way cheaper to buy stuff in Nepal. BTW, can you take a package for me, it only weights 15 pounds. Hehe just kidding. Good luck.
