Vincent Bodega/Bathroom Coffee - I am not a lawyer, and am open to being corrected, but from what I understand, courts have decided varyingly on what constitutes entrapment. It is for the court to decide whether Mr Basnet is guilty, and of what crime or misdemeanor if any, just as it is for the same court to decide if the actions of the police constituted illegal entrapment. Wouldn't you agree? Any lawyers who can shed light on the subject?
