Hey Guys, I am thinking to travel a bit of usa. Around the end of June next year, i will be PORTLAND. Attending a seminar there. After the seminar, I want to travel the country and end my trip in NEW YORK. The seminar is just for a week or so. and as i am already in the country, spendign a bit of time and seeing a bit more sounds really logical. I will have three to four weeks at my disposal for the tour. I think I have about 1,500$ - 2,000$ to spare on that. I am just a single back-packer... so can you guys suggest some of the cheapest routes and modes of public transportation avaiable? there must be bunch of guys who have done it before, so someone up for sharing their experience would be really appreciated.
