well u can't say it's just the Blacks who steal.....White, Hispanics, Nepalese all steal and kill and do all kinds of shit... well its true that we foreigners have to suffer !! but there's nothing much we can do about it expect for taking precautions....well, Nepal ma ni we suffered due to the Maoists. Maoists kill, steal and do all that...and they are Nepalese...so sud we hate all Nepalese ?
