Kumale must be either Gobinda raj's son or son in law or some slave bought by Joshi. Don't blam Kumale. Poor thing is just doing his job-nun ko sojho! Everybody knows the court cleared him NOT because there was no proof against him; NOR because he was clean BUT beacuse of a technical issue. The corrupt judges--who reportedly made 2.5 million rs from Joshi and company used a minor inexusable technical error not to entertain the case. The excuse was that the case was not filed within six months of chargesheeting by the akhtiyar. Reports are that Joshi and Khum Bahadur also had some insiders working for them to delay the case registration at court. In fact 95% of NC workers/activists and 99% of other people know and have basis to believe that Joshi is corrupt. Kumale has done dis-service to sajha by posting/inventing such a corrupt's rant here as an interview. I hope that the case is filed again and this corrupt sinner is tried and imprisoned for good. Actually there are discussions going on for the same.
