E3 is an employment based visa, the one requiring at least two years of work experience or a bachelor's degree. This is affecting mostly those who enjoyed amnesty in 2001 and were subsequently sponsored for a Green card by their employers. The petitioners have already gotten their green cards and are now trying to bring their spouse and children. I was wondering if any preemptive measures can be taken, because once the petitions are sent back to CIS by the Embassy it will take a long time to get it resolved.
