Very bad idea.... But, still I can give you a suggestion: Visit any nepali restaurant on saturday or sunday, you will find a number of illegal Nepalese there. They can guide you how to get a job, where to stay and how to deal with immigration stuffs...Best place would be Aichi prefecture, where Toyota, Mitsubishi, Sony, Minolta, Brother, Panasonic and many more companies are located.
